About Hard HIIT Fitness
Our primary goal is to coach you into the best physical condition of your life! Our workouts are HARD and they get results fast!

A typical class consists of 3-6 stations of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) for a total exercise time of 35-40 minutes. Each day we focus on different muscle groups. You'll never do the same workout twice!

Our workouts are designed for all fitness levels. Our trainers are skilled at identifying your capabilities and will make modifications if needed.

Group Training Classes
Experience the camaraderie of strength training within a group of 3-20. Our training classes are lead by an experienced fitness professional who will coach and motivate you to make the most of your workout time.

Private Training
Do you prefer to exercise in a private gym or require a specific type of training? We provide private one-on-one sessions as well as sports specific training with a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA).

New Classes!!! LIIT (Lower Intensity Interval Training)
New classes for beginners, those with mobility issues and/or trying to get back in action! Same format as our regular classes but much easier!

Tuesday - Lower Body Focus
Wednesday - Arms, Abs, Etc.
Thursday - Shredder
Friday - Full Body
Saturday - Full Body/Shredder
Sunday - Restorative Yoga
All Classes are 30 - 50 Minutes
